Question 57

If the fetus of a milk-producing animal whose meat is lawful is miscarried, may the milk produced together with that miscarried fetus be drunk or otherwise used? Some people prohibit it on the claim that the fetus was not fully formed.

It is permissible to use the milk in the situation described.
