Question 1
A person in a state of janabah must perform tayammum in order to leave the two sacred mosques. Does this ruling include a woman if menstruation begins while she is in one of the two mosques?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
She is not required to perform tayammum, but she may not sit or remain in the mosque.
