Question 56

If a person performing tawaf wants to avoid physical contact with women during tawaf, does this count as the kind of crowding that permits performing tawaf on the upper levels?

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

Physical contact, or the likelihood of it, normally occurs only with severe crowding. So, according to the way the question is stated, it is permissible.
