Question 39

Peace be upon the Qa’im of the family of Muhammad-may Allah bless him, his purified forefathers, and his chosen children. Peace be upon the distressed one who is answered when he calls. Peace be upon the seeker of vengeance for the prophets and the children of the prophets. Peace be upon the seeker of vengeance for the blood of the one killed at Karbala. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you, my master. Peace be upon the Imam’s messenger and vicegerent. Peace be upon the one wronged among his nation like his grandfather Muhammad (s). Peace be upon the one whose right was usurped among his nation like his grandfather Ali (a). Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you, my master. Brothers in faith, peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. To proceed: My master and lord, what is the ruling on removing hair from the cheeks, as is commonly done by barbers? Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. May Allah grant you victory and, through your victory, grant victory to His religion and law.
