Question 395

In the name of Allah, the Strong, the Firm, Sovereign of all dominion, Mover of the celestial sphere, the Truth, the One, the Unique, the Solitary, the Eternal Refuge, the Pre-eternal, the Beginningless; outwardly mercy and inwardly punishment-He is Allah. I believe in Allah, His angels, His books, and His messengers. Who is better in speech than one who calls to Allah and acts righteously? The call comes before the deed, because it is the deed and through it is the deed, and their ultimate aim is Allah's pleasure. May Allah send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad among the former and the later, peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah alone-Majestic and Exalted is He, greatly and magnificently exalted.
