Question 478
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Sayyed Ahmed al-Hasani [as printed], peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. Please interpret this dream that I saw: I saw in a dream that I was in an old building whose floor was a steep slope. I saw myself watching Sunni women praying there. I heard a caller calling, ‘O people, support al-Zahra.’ I ran toward the door, which was at the top of the slope, and saw a high earthen hill. I climbed it and saw a gathering of people and many shaykhs wearing white turbans. Everyone was crying, ‘Support al-Zahra,’ and pointing with their hands to a friend of mine to lead them in congregational prayer. I ran toward my friend, took him by the hand, and told him, ‘Wait until I perform ablution.’ I ran toward the water and saw four armed Jewish soldiers. I did not fear them and performed ablution. The dream ended here. Please, your eminence, interpret this dream of mine. Many thanks and gratitude to you. Sender: Ali Lubnani - Germany
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdis, and grant them peace. The place is a location on the Internet. Its being on a downward slope, while you went to the top of the slope to support al-Zahra, explains your condition and the condition of the place where you were before you answered the divine call. You were in a low place in relation to the condition toward which you advanced, for it was at the top of the slope. You then ascended to the top of the hill. The height of the place to which you went indicates that it is the truth; it is a high place in relation to the low place where you had been. The Sunni women mean people who are not upon allegiance to the truth. Even if a person claims to follow Ali (a) and the previous Imams (a), if he does not support the Mahdi and believe in him when he appears, his condition is like that of the Sunnis who did not believe in Ali (a). The caller who called, ‘Support al-Zahra (a),’ meant: Support the Mahdi (a). Supporting the Mahdi in this age is supporting Fatimah al-Zahra (a), because the Mahdi is the one who takes revenge for al-Zahra (a) upon those who wronged her. Your wanting to purify yourself and pray indicates your advancing to support the Mahdi. The Jewish soldiers are not Jews in the sense that their religion is Judaism; rather, they are the Jews of this age, even if they claim Islam or Shiism. They fight the Mahdi just as their Jewish predecessors fought Jesus (a). Your seeing them on your way to ablution means that they wanted to obstruct Allah’s path for you and prevent you from supporting the Mahdi (a) by casting doubts to turn you away from the truth. Your ablution means purification. As for your friend being the leader of the congregation, consider his name. May Allah grant you success in every good. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. Ahmed Alhasan Dhu al-Hijjah 1430 AH
