Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. The good end belongs to the God-conscious, and there is no aggression except against the wrongdoers. To proceed: From al-Nibras to Ahmed Alhasan, the Yamani of Basra. According to what I have read and learned about you, you are the promised Yamani from the Household of Prophethood, an infallible Imam from Allah, and an emissary of Imam al-Mahdi-upon him peace [the source reads ‘from peace’]-to all humanity, as a warner and bearer of glad tidings. My question is that I want to know your view of Sheikh Osama bin Laden: is he truly a fighter in Allah’s cause, an American agent, or the Sufyani mentioned in the hadiths? What is your view of the fighting groups in the Islamic world, such as those in Somalia, the Islamic State of Iraq, and the fighters in Algeria, Chechnya, and Kashmir-and al-Qaeda in general? Are the Taliban the black banners mentioned in the hadiths of the Prophet (s), and are they upon truth or falsehood? There is talk on satellite channels, in the books of thinkers, and on forums about America’s demise through divine punishment. Do you agree with this view, or do you have another statement? Also, some researchers into scientific miracles in the Quran say that Israel’s demise at the hand of Imam al-Mahdi is near. Some say 2012, and some say 2028. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. Osama bin Laden is astray; he must believe in the Yamani and in the successors from the family of Muhammad. As for al-Qaeda, it is a satanic organization. You can read the books of the supporter brothers to learn the reality of the black banners. In any case, it is not the one that was mentioned. As for America, its fate is demise, and soon the earth will be cleansed of all satanic states. Know that the family of Muhammad do not set times. What has been narrated is, in meaning: ‘Those who set times have lied’ ([70]).
