Question 571
Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you ... I suffer from scarcity of provision and abundance (sic) of living, so I want my master and guardian to teach me a supplication which, if I recite it, Allah will open provision for me from where I expect and from where I do not expect. Sender: Yusuf - Kuwait
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdis, and grant them peace. You must perform the night prayer, for among its blessings is that it brings about abundant provision, Allah willing. Also repeat one thousand times, ‘O Provider, O Generous One,’ during the witr prayer while standing before prostration. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. Ahmed Alhasan Rajab al-Asabb / 1431 AH
