Question 756

May I delay marriage, given that I possess some money but am a third-year civil-engineering student at the University of Technology in Baghdad? I-and I seek refuge in Allah, Mighty and Majestic, from the ego-am from the city of Balad Sayyid Muhammad (a), do not own housing in Baghdad, and want to wait until I arrange and complete all the requirements of life.

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

It is permissible. I ask Allah to grant you success, direct your steps aright, decree success for you, and provide you with a believing and religious wife and righteous progeny. Ahmed Alhasan
