Question 829
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The best prayers and peace be upon the noblest of creation, Muhammad, and his good and pure household, the Imams and the Mahdis, and abundant peace. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. May Allah magnify your reward, my master and guardian, Qaʾim of the family of Muhammad, for the tragedy of the father of the free, Imam al-Husayn (peace be upon him). I ask Allah to preserve and guide you. My master, I-seeking refuge in Allah from the ego-underwent in vitro fertilization twice without success. The second time I had told none of my family or relatives that I would undergo it. A week afterward my paternal cousin’s wife saw me in a vision; indeed, my name was mentioned. She saw Imam Ahmed Alhasan (peace be upon him) telling her: ‘Tell Muhammad and Nurah not to be concerned if they are not presently granted progeny. They should work in this blessed Call, for it is better for them and will take them to the highest ranks.’ The Imam gestured with his blessed hand toward heaven and said, ‘Do you see that planet and the star beside it? Their station will be like that star beside the planet.’ Two weeks later my pregnancy test showed the procedure had again failed, but I praise and thank Allah for this blessing, because I was granted or given glad tidings through this vision from a supporter sister. Perhaps it has an interpretation other than what I understood? I praise and thank Allah each day when I remember that you, my master, mentioned me with your pure tongue. I pray by the right of al-Zahraʾ al-Batul to be honored with seeing you. Praise be to Allah: I have praised Him greatly that I was not granted progeny but was granted obedience to one of Allah’s Proofs and following the Husayn of the age. I now understand how happy those who strove with al-Husayn-Abis and al-Hurr, may Allah be pleased with them-were. I pray that we be among those martyred before you, my master, Qaʾim of the family of Muhammad. I apologize for the length, but Allah Most High knows how joyful I am because of this blessed vision. I also apologize for sending many messages to you, brothers of the committee. May Allah reward, guide, and make you steadfast in working with the Qaʾim. Do not forget us in your prayers. Please answer my messages; I sent many and received no reply. I entrust you to Allah, my master, Qaʾim of the family of Muhammad, and apologize to Allah and you if I exceeded bounds or erred in a word. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.
