Question 75

Is the takbir valid if it is recited quietly so that the person does not even hear himself? And is it valid to recite the takbir without raising the hands at all?

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

It is valid to recite it quietly, but he must hear himself. It is also valid without raising the hands.
