Question 34
How does a person whose two hands have been amputated at the palms, or farther above them, perform wudu?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
If the person is able to wash the remaining parts of the arms personally under running water from a pipe or in a basin of water, then the person does so. Otherwise, if necessary, another person washes them.
