Question 140
Must a domestic worker be asked about his or her religious beliefs before a contract is signed? If the worker is Muslim or from the People of the Book, must we verify that the person is not a nasibi, extremist or unbeliever? If so, must we ask the same questions of workers whose contracts were already signed previously?
