Question 186
May one repeat an istikhara in specific situations on the basis that circumstances can change, so that something unsuitable at one time may become suitable at another?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
Yes. An istikhara may be repeated when a change in circumstances or relevant conditions is reasonably expected. But it may not be repeated frivolously. A person knows his own condition and circumstances.
