Question 33
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. How can this claim of yours be believed when all the scholars have rejected it entirely and in detail, saying that there is no deputy after the death of the fourth deputy? What do you say? Abdullah al-Saidi 24 Rabi al-Thani 1426 AH
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. Not all the scholars rejected it. There are scholars who pledged allegiance and followed the truth, including Sayyid Hasan al-Hammami, son of the jurist and religious authority Sayyid Muhammad Ali al-Hammami-may Allah have mercy on him. Some of them are perplexed, as they themselves have stated. Even if all the scholars rejected the truth, their rejection would not be evidence that the truth is false. Does the rejection by the Jewish, Christian, and Hanafi scholars of the call of the Messenger Muhammad (s) at its beginning show that the true Muhammadan Islamic call was false? Ahmed Alhasan Jumada al-Awwal 1426 AH
