Question 106
Are we not all Allah’s creation? Does the Lord favor one group of His believing creation over another group? Sender: An American person who signed the question with the name George Bush
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdis, and grant them abundant peace. Allah’s mercy descends as rain descends. Allah does not distinguish among His creation, just as rain does not distinguish one place from another when it falls. But the one who brings his vessel and directs it toward the sky has his vessel filled. The one who sets his vessel upside down will ultimately find it empty. The one who brings a larger vessel will have a larger share. As for the one who did not bring his vessel to place it beneath the sky, he will receive nothing, because he did not want to receive anything.
