Question 483
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. May Allah send prayers upon our noble Messenger and upon his family and chosen companions. Peace and the mercy of Allah be upon you. I submit a request for interpretation of a vision seen by a man from my family. This man’s wife was pregnant [as printed] with a boy whom he intended to name Abd al-Rahman. On the night that child was born [as printed], his father saw in a dream that a child had been born to him. The child was in his hands at the Kaaba while he circumambulated with him. During the circumambulation, shaykhs wearing white came to him and said, ‘Who is this?’ He said, ‘This is Abd al-Rahman.’ They said, ‘No, this is Muhammad.’ End. Our final supplication is praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. Sender: Muhammad - Morocco

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdis, and grant them peace. This vision is glad tidings from Allah to you of the appearance of the Mahdi. The child is glad tidings from Allah, and his name is Muhammad. The First Mahdi’s name in the heavens is Muhammad and upon the earth is Ahmed. The Kaaba is the people’s direction toward Allah, and it indicates Allah’s vicegerent in every age, for Allah’s vicegerent is the true direction toward Allah. Allah commanded the angels to take Adam (a) as their direction toward Allah. May Allah grant you success in every good. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.
