Question 632

In a dream, it was as though I was praying with a crowd of people, but I arrived and found no place. I pushed one of those present and stood, then another crowded me. Among the people was my paternal uncle, who is a seminary sheikh. Suddenly, the person repeating the Imam’s words in the prayer stopped reciting the remembrance or the takbir for the prayer’s actions, and the people became confused. I tried, to no avail, to alert them through the takbir during the prayer so that they might perform a correct prayer. It was as though the prayer was near a bridge, and the place resembled a bridge in the city of Samawah. Please advise us; may Allah reward you. The second subject-and I ask for a frank answer-is: What is the sayyid’s opinion, may Allah preserve him, of Sayyid Ali al-Sistani, Muhammad Saeed al-Hakim, Bashir al-Pakistani, and Ahmed and Ali al-Baghdadi, these specifically? May you remain for the school of thought. Sender: Amir - Iraq

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdis, and grant them peace. May Allah grant you success. This vision is explicit. It shows you the reality of prayer today with the jurists of the End Times: their prayer contains neither takbir nor remembrance, meaning their prayer is invalid and Allah does not accept it, because they turn away from the vicegerent of Allah. Since you began alerting them, Allah willing, Allah will bestow His favor upon you, guide you to the truth and to following the Call of truth, and make you among those who call to the truth. As for those about whom you asked, all of them are called to believe in this Call, which is the Call of truth. Whoever turns away from it is among the people of the Fire, as Imam al-Baqir (a) said. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. Ahmed Alhasan Muharram al-Haram, 1432 AH
