Question 819

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. Noble Sayyid Ahmed Alhasan: during the past Ramadan I was going to a mosque specifically on Laylat al-Qadr. I performed the well-known one-hundred-unit prayer. After returning home and going to bed, I saw the following vision: I was sitting with a group of young men and the Messenger of Allah was addressing us. I did not see his noble face, only heard his blessed voice. I heard him tell us, ‘Be conscious of Allah and be aware.’ This is all I heard from the Messenger Muhammad (may Allah send prayers upon him and his family). In the same vision I saw myself as though in Imam Ali’s army (peace be upon him), although I neither saw him nor heard his noble voice; I simply knew that I was in the Imam’s army. I carried a sword and also held an image of Imam Ali (peace be upon him). An enemy approached bearing his sword and sought forcefully and spitefully to take the image. I struck him with the sword and cut off his hand. This is what I saw, my noble master. I request your interpretation and ask Allah that you personally read my vision and answer me.
