Question 833

Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you, my master and guardian Ahmed Alhasan (peace be upon him). My master, we believed in you through a vision although I had never heard of you. I lived in Lebanon and had a Lebanese Shia friend named Muhammad with a brother named Ali who hated me. In the vision I stood on a paved road carrying a nearly empty bag upon my back, containing only a small hand towel. I asked myself why I carried the empty bag, then said, ‘It has this small towel; perhaps I will need it.’ A car came and stopped. Muhammad and his brother Ali were inside. Muhammad called me to ride with them so they could take me along, but his brother Ali seemed to object. Muhammad turned toward him as though saying, ‘No, let Abu Yasir ride.’ The car moved, stopped, and they let me out before a building. I climbed steps, opened a door, and entered very clean markets, though their shops were closed. To my right I saw a fair, medium-built man with a line on his right cheek. He looked at me as though saying, ‘Where have you been? I have been waiting for you.’ He approached and asked, ‘Do you want me to guide you?’ I said yes. He walked beside me, we ascended stairs, and he gestured toward an open door as though saying, ‘This is the door.’ I stood at it and found a sunlit world with intense light. The vision ended. Second vision: a voice came speaking to me from something pitched above like a tent, saying, ‘Do you know why the Imam is upset?’ My master and guardian, I know why you are upset, but want confirmation from you. I am exhausted. Please pray for me and stroke my head. My master, to whom does a son who errs go? You are our fathers and Fatimah al-Zahraʾ (peace be upon her) is our mother. My master, by Allah, I am exhausted, exhausted, exhausted. Pray for me. I am one of your supporters and under your command. I ask you by your grandfather Muhammad (may Allah send prayers upon him and his family). Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. Sender: Abd al-Rahman al-Hunaydi - Australia

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdis, and grant them peace. May Allah grant you success and make your steps firm. I ask Allah to grant you the good of the Hereafter and this world. He is my Guardian, and He protects the righteous. May Allah reward you with good for supporting the truth at a time when a supporter is rare. Your visions give you glad tidings. Allah will show you the realization of what you see and, Allah willing, make relief for you in your affair. He is the Most Merciful of the merciful. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.
