Question 845

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Prayers be upon Muhammad, his pure family, and the Mahdis, and abundant peace. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. It is no secret to any researcher that the Yamani is among the certainties of the Shia of the family of Muhammad and prepares for the awaited Qaʾim, and that his emergence is inevitable and he will not call to what the people’s senior scholars and jurists call to: ‘When our Qaʾim of the Ahl al-Bayt rises, he will bring a new religion.’ His emergence has signs for those who see, and I ask you about them. I have dedicated myself, my wealth, and my child to supporting the Qaʾim and do not doubt at all that he has a messenger calling to his Call, otherwise the people would not refrain from killing him as they did his grandfather al-Husayn while claiming to support and await him. Yet the certainty and reality of the event should not mean surrender to everyone who claims this right. The mission of Muhammad was true and announced by earlier heavenly books, but the announcement, ‘giving glad tidings of a messenger to come after me whose name is Ahmad,’ did not eliminate intruders upon this noble station. Likewise, the caliphate clearly belonged to Ali, yet the three claimed it for themselves. I therefore come with a heart open to faith and affirmation-but to truth and its people. I will not ask your station among your people, for Allah chooses weak servants, nor your wealth, for He chooses the poor, nor your companions, for some are sincere and some treacherous. I ask about you, your knowledge, and your connection to the guided Imam and relieving Qaʾim. I ask for signs enabling me and the expectant brothers with me to submit without falling into a claimant’s call: ‘One who knows his age is not confused by obscurities.’ The Yamani Imam’s signs have indications in the guiding Imams’ conduct, and Allah said: ‘And landmarks, and by the stars they are guided.’ The earth’s stars are Muhammad, his pure Imams, and the guiding Mahdis. Will you explain their identifying signs from Allah’s Book? Among them is that the Yamani is the most knowledgeable person concerning Allah’s Book after the twelve Imams, being the first of the Mahdi Imams after the Qaʾim, and Allah’s Book speaks of what was, is, and will be until Resurrection. Allah says, ‘Allah would not lead a people astray until He explained to them that by which they are guided’; they are guided by the Imams’ guidance from Allah’s Book: ‘We sent the Book down to you as an explanation of everything, guidance, mercy, and glad tidings for Muslims.’ If you answer from Allah’s Book, it suffices us without the second question concerning your connection and communication with the Qaʾim. Then we will submit to you according to Allah’s command regarding His servants and chosen ones, entrust you with conveying our greeting and allegiance to the Qaʾim, pledge allegiance to you and him, and offer self, wealth, and child for his sacred breaths. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. Abu Ali - al-Qatif, Arabian Peninsula

Scientific Committee Response:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdis, and grant them peace. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. Welcome, Brother Abu Ali. Perhaps you are among the few who do not believe in the Yamani Call yet speak in a way adhering to the pure progeny’s words. If you notice, brother, the Yamani Call today gives people glad tidings of the new religion people did not know before it appeared: belief in the twelve Mahdis after the twelve Imams, although narrations from the pure ones on this matter exceed tawatur. The Yamani’s invocation of the Messenger’s testament and the fact that he is one of Muhammad’s vicegerents are evidence that cannot be rejected except through obstinacy, denial, or ignorance-Allah forbid. From your words, you are neither. If you return to the family of Muhammad and ask how the Master of the Matter is recognized, they explain that the claimant is known through the testament, knowledge, and calling to Allah’s governance. This is Allah’s law established in His Book through Adam’s appointment as His vicegerent over creation. Yes, there are intruders upon the divine station, but exposing them is easy. It is impossible that an intruder have a text from the Messenger-a testament mentioning him by name and attribute-which he invokes before people. The Messenger’s testament has stood in al-Tusi’s al-Ghaybah for centuries. Many intruded upon Imam al-Mahdi’s station, but none invoked that testament. The Master of creation described it as a document protecting from misguidance whoever adheres to it. The Yamani is from Imam al-Mahdi’s progeny. Imam al-Baqir’s narration concerning the Yamani’s banner describes it as guidance and says no Muslim may turn away from him and whoever does is among the people of the Fire. This clearly restricts the Yamani as a divine Proof, and no divine Proof lacks an explicit designation. Thus the Yamani must be the First Mahdi mentioned in his grandfather the Messenger’s testament. This is established in Allah’s Book: ‘Descendants one from another, and Allah is Hearing and Knowing’ [Al Imran 3:34]. Imam Ahmed Alhasan is the vicegerent and messenger of Imam al-Mahdi Muhammad ibn al-Hasan, and his name is Ahmad ibn Ismaʿil ibn Salih ibn Husayn ibn Salman ibn Imam Muhammad ibn al-Hasan al-Mahdi. This is his genealogy. As for his knowledge of the Quran, he has made it accessible today to seekers of truth through publications such as Kitab al-Tawhid and its exposition of Surat al-Tawhid, his exposition of true monotheism, and his demonstration of the deviation from true monotheism of those claiming to profess it. In a four-volume book he decisively explained the Quran’s ambiguous verses. Knowledge of decisive and interpreted meaning belongs exclusively to the family of Muhammad, confirming: ‘He sent down to you the Book; some verses are decisive, the foundation of the Book, and others ambiguous. Those whose hearts contain deviation follow what is ambiguous, seeking discord and its interpretation. None knows its interpretation except Allah and those firmly grounded in knowledge, who say, “We believe in it; all is from our Lord.” None takes heed except those of understanding’ [Al Imran 3:7]. I-seeking refuge in Allah from the ego-invite you to the supporters’ website for further research into this Call and its evidence: http://vb.al-mehdyoon.org/ To discuss everything that may clarify the truth, you may enter the supporters’ room on Paltalk, InSpeak, or Beyluxe. Allah willing, you will find brothers occupied only with explaining truth through Quranic and progeny evidence and guiding people to the truth brought by the Yamani of the family of Muhammad, Imam Ahmed Alhasan. If you seek the shortest path to recognizing the truth he brought, turn sincerely to Allah and ask Him to clarify this matter. Reflect: ‘Those who disbelieve say, “You are not sent.” Say, “Allah suffices as a witness between me and you, and whoever possesses knowledge of the Book”’ [al-Raʿd 13:43]. The Yamani tells people: ‘Ask Allah, Glorious is He, about me; Allah-Majestic is His glory-is the guide of the perplexed.’ He calls Allah as witness and asks His testimony and clarification for whoever asks Him. Brother Abu Ali, can a false claimant-Allah forbid-ask Allah to testify that he is true and truthful? We ask Allah to show you truth as truth and grant you its following, and falsehood as falsehood and grant you its avoidance. Praise be to Allah alone, alone, alone.
