Question 123
If a person recites al-Fatihah and a complete surah and then bows in Salat al-Ayat, must the person also recite al-Fatihah and a complete surah before the second bowing, or is it sufficient to recite al-Fatihah and one verse and complete the remaining verses of that surah over the later bowings?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
In the second bowing, the person may recite al-Fatihah and a surah, or may recite al-Fatihah and part of a surah on the condition that the surah is completed over the remaining bowings.
