Question 66

If I prayed the noon prayer with an adhan and iqamah, then remained after it performing voluntary prayers, supplications, and remembrance of God until the afternoon prayer, is the noon adhan sufficient or should I recite another adhan for the afternoon prayer?

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

If you have not left your place of prostration, you may suffice with the first adhan.
