Question 58

Do the narrations of the Infallibles, the item referred to as al-Najmah, amulets, and supplications have the same ruling as Quranic verses and the names of the Infallibles, such that they may only be touched while in a state of ritual purity?

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

Ritual purification is not required in order to touch them.
