Question 55

The shrines of the Imams have the ruling of mosques, but what specifically is meant by the shrine?

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

The shrine is the grave together with the first structure immediately surrounding it. If the structure is expanded, the added area enters into the ruling; if it is made smaller, the area left outside the structure leaves the ruling.
