Question 116

A prisoner is entitled to a government salary, but a person who previously worked in the Baath Party is denied this right even if he was imprisoned. May we help such people obtain their entitlements when some are very poor and their former affiliation may not have harmed anyone?

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

It is permissible.
