Question 73

What is the ruling on selling something to a person who considers it lawful—for example, selling meat that was not ritually slaughtered, pork, or scaleless fish to someone who considers it lawful? Is it permissible to work in and sell everything in a shop, including pork and similar items?

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

It is permissible. However, it is not permissible to sell wine or alcohol prepared for intoxication.
