Sometimes the head of a purchasing committee allocates a sum as a gift to his assistants from money left over from the amount assigned to a particular departmental job. May I take it?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
This manager is a corrupt thief. It is not permissible to take the money from him; rather, he must be exposed and presented to the judiciary.
