May the guardian of a deceased person donate one of the deceased's organs to a living person who will benefit from it, or sell it to him?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
Selling it is not permissible. Donation is permissible if the believing guardian is the deceased person's father, mother, son, or daughter.
