Is it permissible to abort a fetus that has not completed four months, before the spirit has entered it, because of living or health circumstances, when the pregnancy occurred despite the family using contraception?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
It is not permissible unless its continued presence poses a certain danger to the mother's life.
