Question 150

My brother and I are among those whom God blessed with belief in this blessed call. We have been opposed by people in our area and now face pressure from our father and brother because they do not believe in this noble call. Our father is poor, but our older brother incites him, and our father threatens to expel us from the home. My brother sometimes begins to lose his temper, and I fear the matter may develop into something regrettable. What should we do?

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

Be patient and treat them well. If he truly wants to expel you from the house, then God willing the doors of thousands of homes belonging to your believing brothers will be opened to you. In general, you may contact your brothers in the office; God willing, they are at your service.
