Question 75

If a wife is staying at her family's home while angry with her husband, may she leave that home to attend to her needs or visit relatives without obtaining her husband's permission?

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

She may not leave without her husband's permission except to perform an obligation or because of necessity.
