Question 131
May a woman wear kohl in front of non-mahram men?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
It is not permissible for her to apply it for the purpose of non-mahram men seeing it. But if she applied it at home for her husband, she is not required to remove it in order to leave the house or meet non-mahrams.
