Question 363
I saw that I was performing ritual washing and invited someone to a debate. Then I found myself in a room containing a child I did not know. He was making circular things and putting them on a plate; I do not know whether they were food or paper. I then saw Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (a) come toward us with an injury on his leg, like a red circle the size of a tea glass (istikan). He approached us while saying, ‘Ali is the guardian of Allah; Ali is the guardian of Allah.’ Is there a call to something in the two visions, since I wash and then see one of Allah’s Proofs? Sender: Zaynab Abdullah
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdis, and grant them abundant peace. Washing in a vision means spiritual purification-that is, as a result of an act you performed, you attained this purification. Ahmed Alhasan Shaban of goodness 1430 AH
