Question 377
Peace be upon you, Sayyed Ahmed. I know that you are right, but I want a sign establishing that you are right. I only want reassurance, as happened to our master Abraham (a) after he wanted his heart to be reassured that Allah (a) is capable of all things. I want to see you and speak with you and for you to speak with me, to become one of your supporters and the supporters of Imam al-Mahdi (a), to pledge allegiance to you, and to be martyred under your banner. I implore you, my master. I am Sarah, Sayyed Ahmed. Peace be upon you. I want to be martyred at your noble feet and under your banner, for you to heal Mama, my friend Hanan, and my brother Abd al-Rahman, and for you to provide me believing, righteous friends and guide them as you guided me. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send His prayers upon Muhammad and his family, the Imams and the Mahdis, and grant them abundant peace. Peace be upon you, brother, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Dear brother: First, with your permission, I would like to correct a piece of information for you. Abraham did not make his request so that his heart would be reassured regarding Allah Most High-far be Allah's prophet Abraham (a) from that. Rather, he made his request so that he would be reassured that he was Allah's intimate friend and that Allah would cause the dead to live through his hands because he was His intimate friend. This was narrated from the Ahl al-Bayt (a), and Sayyed Ahmed Alhasan explained it in the book The Allegories. Second, signs and indications are from Allah Most High, and He is the Most Generous, the Bountiful. So ask Allah as many before you have asked Him. We ask Allah, by the right of Muhammad and the family of Muhammad (a), to grant you success in supporting Muhammad and the family of Muhammad and to seal your life upon that.
