Question 407
A request from Sayyed Ahmed ibn al-Hasan Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the good, pure, and noble ones, and hasten their relief. By Allah’s permission, I am one of the supporters of the Yamani Sayyed, and I need spiritual and wayfaring recommendations from the Sayyed. I would like there to be supplications, litanies, and remembrances that the Sayyed-may Allah preserve and protect him-recommends. I suffer from a difficult problem and would like it to be resolved through the blessing of the Yamani Sayyed. Sender: Hani
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdis, and grant them peace. May Allah grant you success in every good. There are supplications, Quranic verses, and acts of worship that I have directed the supporters to recite and practice and by which to draw near to Allah. You can request them from the supporters, and, Allah willing, they will not fall short in conveying them to you. Know that action is the foundation of nearness to Allah, and there is no good in knowledge without action. You must therefore begin with yourself and reform it by acting upon what Allah has commanded. The best action now is to convey the truth to the people in order to save them from the snares of Iblis-may Allah curse him. For Allah to guide one person through you is better for you than giving the wealth of the world in charity. May Allah grant you success, make you steadfast, and ease your affairs in what pleases Him, Glorious and Exalted is He. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.
