Question 473
May the peace, mercy, and blessings of the Originator be upon you. Prayers and peace be upon the best of the messengers, Muhammad, and his good and pure family, the Imams and the Mahdis. After extending particular greetings and honor to you, we complain of our condition to you. I am a woman suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, severe pain in the knees and joints, and weakness in the nerves of my legs. I tremble while standing and cannot perform my prayer standing. Disturbing dreams also recur continually. I see myself in a place where the lights go out, and I continue screaming. My children hear me and try to awaken me, but I remain trapped in my dreams until Allah favors me and I respond to my children’s call. I ask you, my master, deputy of the Imam, to favor me with the knowledge Allah has bestowed upon you and treat me. I also ask you for a direct answer: Do you have a treatment for me? Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. Sender: Servant of the People of the House - Kuwait
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdis. May Allah grant you success in every good. Recite Ayat al-Kursi seven times before sleeping, and recite the Verse of Subjugation seven times each day. It is: ‘Indeed, your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and the earth in six days, then established Himself over the Throne. He covers the day with the night, which pursues it swiftly, and the sun, moon, and stars are subjected by His command. Unquestionably, creation and command belong to Him. Blessed is Allah, Lord of the worlds.’ Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. Ahmed Alhasan Jumada al-Awwal 1431 AH
