Question 611

Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you, O son of the Messenger of Allah. Your poor servant sends you greetings of peace and presents himself to you as meager merchandise. With his heart filled with the Oneness of Allah and submission to you, he says: hardship has afflicted us and our family, so give us charity; indeed, Allah rewards the charitable. My master, please favor me by interpreting my wife’s vision, in which she saw in a dream that she was writing the Morning Supplication upon my face while reciting it. Is it possible for a woman to see truthful visions if she sleeps while in a state of major ritual impurity or menstruation? Sender: al-Musawi - Iraq

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdis, and grant them peace. A believing woman can see a truthful vision even if she is in a state of major ritual impurity or menstruation. Her vision is good for you and for her, Allah willing. I ask Allah to grant you the good of the Hereafter and this world. He is my Guardian, and He takes care of the righteous. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. Ahmed Alhasan Rajab al-Asabb, 1431 AH
