Question 614

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdis, and grant them peace. Peace and the mercy of Allah be upon you. We offer condolences to the Master of the Age and Time, the Proof ibn al-Hasan-Allah’s prayers be upon him, his forefathers, and his pure sons. We offer condolences to my master and guardian Ahmed Alhasan for the affliction of our oppressed Lady. Indeed, we belong to Allah, and to Him we return. More than ten years ago, I lived in Baghdad. I saw in my dream that I was in my neighborhood, which was deserted and dark. Cows and sheep had been slaughtered, and their blood flowed like rivers in the streets. A fair-haired, blue-eyed young man from the neighborhood was running after me, trying to catch me. Whenever I ran in one direction, I found the end of the street closed and entered another street. All the streets were covered in the blood of the slaughtered sheep and cows. I became extremely, extremely tired. Then I heard a voice from the sky say to me, ‘Go behind Fatima.’ I saw my friend’s mother standing there, and her name was Fatima. I went behind her, and she opened her arms to protect me. At that point, the young man stopped, as though there were a transparent barrier between him and my friend’s mother that he could never cross. He stood several meters away from us. In another vision during the same days, it was as though I was asleep and heard a voice from the sky say to me, ‘You are sleeping in Fatima’s embrace.’ I found myself enveloped in the same woman’s embrace. My master and guardian, I apologize for writing at length. But after hearing of the Call, joining it-praise be to Allah-and calling upon Allah, the Master of the Age (a), and you-to whom may my soul be sacrificed-to accept me among the supporters, I have not seen a vision after joining the pure Imams (a). Others saw a vision concerning me before I joined the Call, but I have seen none. Does that have a meaning? I feel that the Imams-to whom may my soul be sacrificed-are displeased with me and do not visit me. In closing, I apologize, my master and guardian, for writing at length, and I apologize to Allah, Glorious is He, for my shortcomings. I supplicate to Allah, Glorious is He, to establish you upon the earth, immerse you in His mercy, grant relief to you and my imprisoned brothers, and lodge you in the dwelling of your beloved and grandfather, the Messenger of Allah (s).
