What is the ruling on a traveler leading others in the Friday prayer and in the other congregational prayers?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
A traveler may establish the Friday prayer and lead others in the Friday prayer and other congregational prayers. However, it is disliked for a resident to follow a traveler in congregational prayer.
