Question 29
I work in a place that requires me to cover the legal travel distance five days each week within the country, so I perform my prayers in full and fast. I am now on leave and want to travel abroad for a one-week stay. Does the ruling of a frequent traveler also apply to me during this journey abroad?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
You continue to perform the prayer in full in all your circumstances so long as you have not abandoned your previous state. The answer and details of this issue can be found in jurisprudential answers I gave previously.
