Regarding the boundary at which travel concessions begin, some towns have scattered houses, ice factories, warehouses or similar buildings extending a considerable distance along their outskirts. Are these structures considered part of the town?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
They are considered an extension of the town if there is no break separating them from the town.
