Question 107

When the required number for Friday prayer is not yet present, is it better to wait for a while in the hope that the number will be completed and then pray Friday prayer, or to perform the noon prayer at the beginning of its time?

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

It is better to wait if there is hope that the required number will be completed.
