If a woman or an enslaved person attends Friday prayer, does Friday prayer become obligatory for them, and do they count toward the required number by which Friday prayer is established?

If they undertake to attend, Friday prayer becomes obligatory for them, they count toward the required number, and Friday prayer is established with them.
