Question 1

What is the ruling for a woman who finds the man's semen after she had removed it before performing ghusl, and then after some time finds that this fluid has come out of her? Must she repeat the ghusl, and how should she purify it before ghusl? Also, whenever she urinates, fluid comes out and she does not know whether it is the man's semen or her own secretions. What is her ruling?

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

If she knows that the fluid that came out of her is her husband's semen, then she only has to wash and purify the place; she does not have to repeat the ghusl or wudu. As for fluid that comes out when she does not know whether it is from her own secretions or from her husband's semen, she does not judge it to be her husband's semen, and she does not have to repeat the ghusl or wudu. Indeed, she does not even have to wash the place so long as she does not know whether it is her husband's semen or merely her own secretions, although washing the place is better and more purifying for her.
