Question 3
I have a medical condition in which the seminal duct was severed as a result of surgery. When I engage in sexual intercourse I do not ejaculate outwardly, but there is only an internal seminal discharge. Does ghusl become obligatory in this situation, whether during intercourse or during a wet dream?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
Ghusl is obligatory for you in both cases. However, in a case other than intercourse, there must be both bodily relaxation and sexual desire for ghusl to become obligatory.
