I have explained how to determine the female emission that makes ghusl obligatory. If she has had a wet dream, however, an indication that fluid descended to the vaginal area is sufficient. If she finds something on her clothing after having had a wet dream, it is more likely to be fluid that came down as a result of the wet dream, and therefore she must perform ghusl, unless she knows or doubts that it was not such fluid.
