Question 90
If a woman prays the dawn prayer while her condition is minor istihada and by noon it changes to medium istihada, must she perform ghusl immediately, or does she wait until the dawn prayer of the following day?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
She is not required to perform ghusl immediately. What is obligatory is that she perform ghusl for the dawn prayer. If performing ghusl for the dawn prayer is not possible or is difficult for her, she performs it at any time during the day when she is able, although it is better for it to be before an obligatory prayer.
