I have questions about the Bayt al-Mal: 1. I still have questions about how it operates and how we apply it in society. Who benefits from it? Is the Bayt al-Mal a central place for collecting all kinds of zakat, apart from khums, as well as voluntary spending by donors? 2. Please give me an example of how it operated previously.

Gather the funds in the Bayt al-Mal, whether they are obligatory funds such as zakat and khums or voluntary donations, and spend them in the areas I have explained to you: calling people to the truth, assisting believers in need, and supporting the orphans of believers. In society, whenever you have sufficient financial means, you can, for example, support orphans even if their families are not believers, or establish an association to support orphans. I ask God to bless you and your work and to open a way for you to make the truth known to people, especially in regions where people understand your language or where you can convey the truth to them, such as Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, southern Thailand, Indonesia and elsewhere. May God reward you with the best reward of those who do good, and God willing grant you success in conveying the truth to them and to those among them whose guidance you hope for.
