Question 32

I work with people who renounced the cause after previously believing in it. What is the religious ruling on sitting with them, working with them, and shaking hands with them, given that they have not openly declared hostility toward us?

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

If they do not openly declare hostility, it is permissible to sit with them, work with them, and shake hands with them.
